  • Empty contents and clean the sprayer with every use.
  • Do not use the sprayer as a storage vessel.
  • Regular lubrication of seals and o-rings will prolong the life of your sprayer and improve effectiveness.
Do not use with solvents, caustic chemicals, acids or concrete curing products.
Blockages are the most common reason for sprayer failure. Remove, check and clean the following parts to find blockage: nozzle, trigger, lance, hose and pickup tube.
Check nozzle for blockages, carefully clean and remove blockages. If a poor spray pattern persists after cleaning, replace the nozzle.
  • This could be due to pump not being screwed on correctly, or safety valve being lifted. If this is OK, then check hose and tank for damage.
  • Check the mono valve at the bottom of the pump cylinder for wear or damage. Check the o-rings inside the cylinder for wear and damage, and lubricate before use.
  • Check hose for cracks or holes
  • Tighten nozzle or joining pieces
  • Check O-rings for damage and replace.
  • The Professional Stainless Steel range contains genuine Viton Seals from the USA. Viton seals have a higher chemical resistance and last longer, making them ideal for commercial use.
  • The Expert Poly range uses NBR Seals.
  • Professional range: Max 87 PSI, with the automatic safety release valve commencing at 55 psi.
  • Expert range: Max 116 PSI, with the automatic safety release valve commencing at 36 psi.
